With its attached 1,100 sq. ft. open pavilion, Knollwood Lodge provides a versatile and welcoming space for events and gatherings, supporting ongoing efforts to enhance accessibility and enjoyment within the Monroe County Parks system.

Key Features:

ADA Accessibility: Knollwood Lodge is fully compliant with ADA requirements, ensuring inclusive access throughout the facility. It also includes an adult changing table in its accessible restroom, a first for Monroe County Parks.

Building Design: The lodge was constructed using a wood scissor truss system that supports a gable roof. With 1,600 sq. ft. of indoor space and an additional 1,100 sq. ft. pavilion, it provides ample room for a variety of events.

Modern Amenities: The lodge is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, electrical outlets, and HVAC systems to ensure comfort and convenience for patrons. The space also offers indoor and outdoor lighting, with accommodations for both day and evening events.

Capacity and Layout: The lodge accommodates up to 80 people, with seating for 50 inside, and offers flexible indoor seating arrangements with folding tables and chairs. Outdoor amenities include a covered patio with picnic tables and a charcoal grill.
