Loyal 9 Development was contracted to create a new backyard pavilion and outdoor kitchen space for a homeowner on Brook Valley in Chili, NY. Built directly off the rear patio and overlooking the in-ground pool, this structure was designed to deliver comfort, coverage, and convenience for everyday outdoor living and entertaining.

Key Features:

• The pavilion was constructed on a stamped concrete patio and features pressure-treated framing, a hip-style roof with architectural shingles, and fully trimmed white columns for a clean, finished look.

• An existing built-in granite-topped bar and grilling station sits beneath the structure, finished with stone veneer and custom cabinetry to house the homeowner’s stainless steel appliances.

• Overhead recessed lights and a central ceiling fan were installed to support both daytime and nighttime use.

• Landscaping and hardscaping were restored following completion to blend the new addition with the existing patio, bath house, landscaped yard and pool layout.
