Project Overview:
Catholic Charities selected Loyal 9 Development to construct a pavilion at 385 E Ridge Rd, Rochester, NY. This project encompassed a wide range of construction activities, including excavation, masonry, framing, roofing, electrical work, and fencing.
 
Key Features:
  • Excavation and Site Work: Loyal 9 Development managed the excavation for trench footers and installed a perimeter drain, ensuring a stable foundation and proper drainage. Final grading and hydroseeding were performed to prepare the site for the pavilion.
  • Masonry: The project involved complex masonry work, including the installation of step footings, multiple block courses, a concrete slab with steps, a new sidewalk section, and a large dumpster pad.
  • Framing and Roofing: Loyal 9 provided and installed the necessary structural components, including treated sill plates, roof rafters, and posts with vinyl sleeves. The pavilion’s roofing was finished with durable standing seam metal roofing, complemented by ice and water shielding, and gutter systems for effective water management.
  • Electrical Installations: The electrical scope was comprehensive, featuring a new 60-amp service, weatherproof outlets, porch lighting, outdoor fans, and provisions for exterior cameras, ensuring the pavilion’s functionality and security.
  • Doors and Fencing: A secure rolling steel door was installed, and the existing fencing was relocated and repaired, following strict project specifications.
 
Execution:
Loyal 9 Development delivered a well-coordinated and professionally executed project, ensuring that each phase was completed to the highest standards. The pavilion now serves as a durable and functional addition to the site, reflecting Loyal 9’s commitment to quality construction and client satisfaction.
