Tap It Bar & Grill partnered with Loyal 9 Development to build a new outdoor dining patio just off the corner of Scottsville Road and Alfred Avenue in Rochester, NY. The goal was to create a clean, comfortable space that added seating, visibility, and curb appeal—without interrupting daily operations or customer flow.

Key Features:

• Concrete flatwork was poured and finished to provide a durable, low-maintenance foundation for tables, umbrellas, and perimeter seating.

• A composite counter with wrap-around railing was installed at the patio edge, offering shaded bar seating for up to 20 guests.

• Custom metal and composite table sets were anchored on site, paired with umbrellas and condiment stations to support casual lunch and dinner service.

• Bright yellow bollards and perimeter fencing were added to protect the patio from lot traffic and define the edge of the dining area.

Execution:

Loyal 9 coordinated with the restaurant team and local inspectors to complete the project quickly and cleanly. The finished patio now expands capacity, improves street visibility, and delivers a new spot for customers to eat, drink, and enjoy the neighborhood vibe.
