This renovation took the old RAPA theater which had fallen into disrepair and turned it into a Wedding Venue – “The Highline”. Project involved major utility re-work, extensive internal mechanicals being replaced/updated and significant exterior and interior face-lifts. All told this renovation took one year and approached $2,000,000 to fully complete.
During the first (of very many) potential spaces that we toured with Cameron, it became clear to both Jessica and Alyssa that we could not accomplish a project of this stature without the assistance of Loyal Nine. The final product is beyond what we had imagined, the craftsmanship can be seen in every inch of intentional detail that Loyal Nine has since contributed to The Highline.
